Clerical team

The Practice has a team of Administrators who together, cover all the hours the surgery is open. On the front desk we aim to ensure the smooth running of patient/doctor contacts. We treat each patient as an individual, in a friendly, welcoming manner both face to face and on the telephone. We also deal with all issues relating to appointments.

On the back desk our role is to cover the enquiry line, the typing of patient and referral letters, dealing with test results, incoming/outgoing post – including medical reports, and general administration required within the office.
