The reason you've had to do this up until now is because every health and social care organisation holds a different set of records about you.

The Department of Health is currently running a campaign to encourage young people aged between 15 and 24 to have a chlamydia screening test. This involves a simple test which patients can do for themselves.

Please telephone the surgery for more information. You do not need to be registered with us to have this free test done.
