If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone us on 01392 201790 (if you have been told to call us) and we will tell you what the results are
- you can also fill in an online form to request your results.
Questions about your results
If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill in an online form and someone will be in touch.
For smear test results, you will be informed via phone or letter by the PCSS (Primary Care Support Service).
